A Few Words from Andrea: I moved to Colorado Springs in 1998 and have worked with Jo Ann Friedly since October of 2000. I earned my Real Estate License in 2003 and have since worked with buyers and sellers on all aspects of the real estate transaction. Prior to my move into real estate, I worked for a variety of different newspapers and developed an extensive marketing background and customer service expertise. Taking good care of our clients is my number one priority. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. Having grown up in a small town in rural Idaho, I love the dlimate in Colorado Springs, as well as the "small town" feel with the bigger-city amenities. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing on my book review blog, skiing, hiking, crocheting and gardening.
A Few Words from Jo Ann: I've lived in Colorado Springs since 1983 after spending eight years in Washington, Idaho and Montana. I began my real estate career in 1984. I joined ERA Shields Real Estate in 1991 and love the professional, productive atmosphere of this highly talented group. I enjoy all the amenities Colorado Springs has to offer. I enjoy traveling and golfing with my husband, as well as spending time with my two sons, their wives, and my four beautiful granddaughters.
